Table Service

I’ve moved my office into the local pub who provide an excellent table service and free internet for computers that are allowed out of the house on their own. Mine is well old and goes out all the time. With age comes great responsibility and crucially, if you’re an electronic device, a shorter battery life – in this case a maximum of 1 hour. That’s not nearly long enough when you put yourself about so much, here is a list of all the places I hang out looking for love:

I wondered what percentage of a person’s day was spent either thinking about or updating their facebook status. Was it now becoming the first place you go to announce your news? Could anybody really call off their relationship by changing their status to “….is now single” or “no longer in a relationship with….”?

I honestly cannot remember the last time I went out and someone didn’t mention the ‘f word’ at least once. I’ve known myself to conduct entire conversations about this strange place with walls and boxes, aquariums, zombies, pirates, super-walls, conspiracy theories, questions, answers, pokes and super pokes.

Whatever next? Well for me it’s The Carling Academy, Islington, London on the 11th September playing with The MüVs. Of course it’s listed on all of my hang-outs above, poke me if you want a ticket!
